Texas DA Ronnie Earle at the NetRoots Nation Conference - says "the law does not define justice" and that he makes up justice his own way. Ethics and Blogging Panel July, 2008
The transcript: "The law says, the primary duty of every prosecutor shall be not to convict but to see justice is done. ?? And I thought ???? You know I was a fan of Superman when I was a kid. Lois Lane said, what do you do sir and Superman said I fight for truth justice and the American way. Now, uh, I don’t know how much joy that it shares, but as a former member, I can tell you, that being paid, now I was being paid $400 a month, "
